Today we are pleased to announce that RELIANCE YACHT MANAGEMENT has been chosen by KIRIACOULIS Yacht Charters to provide delivery services to their Mediterranean fleets. Schedules have yet to be confirmed but it is expected that initial deliveries will be for new catamarans from La Rochelle to their charter bases in Greece.
The decision comes after several meetings and presentations over several months; the latest at the Dusseldorf Boat Show in January 2017.
KIRIACOULIS is the largest sailing company in the Mediterranean and third largest in the World with over 400 yachts available for charter from 25 bases in Greece, Italy, Malta, Croatia, France, Turkey and the Caribbean.

At short notice Reliance Yacht Management was tasked to take over the Lagoon 450 Catamaran “Solicitude” at the commissioning dock in Les Sables d’Olonne in France for a delivery to Tortola. The boat was destined to join the Dream Yachts charter fleet in the BVI. (more…)

An expanding charter company in the British Virgin Islands uses Reliance Yacht Management for the first time for the delivery of a new Lagoon 450 catamaran from France. The Operations Manager was there to meet them and sent us her comments;

Sea Runner departed La Rochelle on the 19th October, two days after the Lagoon 450#561 had departed from Les Sables d’Olonne. Today Sea Runner shows a clear lead and closer to their destination

Huge respect to Reliance Captain Mike Stewart who has just completed a circumnavigation on the Polar Ocean Challenge. On June 19th 2016, they left Bristol UK on s/y Northabout to circumnavigate the North Pole anticlockwise. The previous Irish crew’s trip 15 years ago where they were often impeded by ice and took 2 seasons to complete their voyage. And now, where they saw little ice, have gone round in one season.
